“Nepal Spell Bee” is the first ever televised Spelling competition in Nepal. Students studying in various secondary or Higher secondary levels (grade 9, 10, and plus two levels) will be participating in this spelling contest. Bhusan Dahal will be the main spell master along with Sanjay Gupta as the spell master for initial phase.
According to the organizers students from over 700 schools and colleges from 58 distrust of Nepal will participate. They further announced that the first place, second and third place will receive Nrs 100,000, Nrs 75,000 and Nrs 50,000 respectively in addition to the scholarships for further education.
The show will be broadcasted on Kantipur TV every Thursday at 9 pm.
