Privately owned Himalaya Airlines welcomed its 3rd new Airbus A320-214 aircraft that arrived from Hamburg, Germany on Friday, March 31st, 2017. The aircraft, with the registration number 9N-ALW, was welcomed by a ceremonial water cannon salute after it touched down the ground.
This is the second A320 aircraft that is delivered to the Airline within the year 2017 and now the airline is a proud owner of 3 Airbus 320 aircrafts in its fleet. Adding up to 3 Airbus 320 within its 1st year of commercial flight operations is indeed a remarkable achievement for a Nepalese private airline company. Himalaya Airlines is marked as a fast growing private airline of Nepal and has definitely set an example for Nepalese Aviation sector.
