Nepali cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane was very thankful to the fans of Nepali Cricket Team after the Nepali Team was able to secure the One Day International Status (ODI) for the first time in Nepali Cricket’s history. Thanks to their victory over Papua New Guinea, and Netherlands’ victory over Hong Kong that made it possible for this historic moment.
Sandeep tells that despite the lack of good infrastructures in Nepal, the team was able to secure the ODI status for the first time. He is looking forward to see some positive changes in Nepali Cricket in the coming days.
Sandeep tells ICC that he is also looking forward to play with the Delhi Daredevils , an Indian Premier League. Delhi Daredevils had recently bought him making him the first Nepali player to get an IPL contract.
