Vijay Lama, senior pilot and Captain of Nepal Airlines, tested positive for COVID-19 after he took the swab test on Sunday. British pilot/captain who had also flown with him tested positive. Both of them have been quarantined at Hotel Soaltee Crown Plaza in Kathmandu.
Mr. Lama and his team had just returned from South Sudan dropping Nepali Peacekeeping force.
As of this writing, according to COVID-19 Nepal, 851,405 have been tested with 55,329 confirmed cases, 39,576 recovery and 360 deaths.
