After 3 years of legal battle, popular actress Samragyee RL Shah achieved a significant victory as the case filed against her by actor Bhuwan KC was dismissed.
Samragyee RL. Shah posted her video response on her facebook and wrote “Justice always prevails! 🧿 For every budding artists and every emerging women, don’t let anyone hush your voice. Speak your truth, stand up for what you believe and surround your self with people who stand up/by you.”
This case dates back to three years ago when Shah took to social media, bravely accusing Bhuwan KC of sexual abuse during a movie shoot. KC responded by filing a defamation case at the Kathmandu District Court, demanding a staggering compensation of Rs 100 million.
