19 year old Isha Shah was crowned as the first ever Miss Gorkha that was held on Jan 10th 2018, at Gorkhali Filmhall in Nayabazar, Gorkha. President of Saundarya Kala Byawasayi Sangh Nepal, Chairperson of Women Entrepreneurship Development and executive member of FNCCI, Mrs. Kamala Shrestha crowned Isha Shah. Contestant number 8, Prakriti Shrestha was the first runner-up, contestant number 15 Bishnu Kumari Ghale was the second runner-up while contestent number 3 Srijana Magar was the third runner-up. Contestant number 17 Sushma Shrestha was the viewer’s choice. Isha Shah was awarded Mrs 1 lakh worth of cash and prizes. Runner-ups were also awarded cash and prizes.
The beauty pageant was organized by Saundarya Kala Byawasayi Sangh Nepal (Gurkha) in association with ST Creation. 20 contestants participated in the competition.
Suraz Thapa and Saurav Thapa choreographed the show, while the makeup was done by Saundarya Kala Byawasayi Sangh Nepal (Gurkha). GOGO Works was the online partner.
